Audi have released their all electric production SUV – The R8 e-tron, at the Geneva motor show.
The idea is to take on the Tesla model X, which also has a 300 mile capacity.
An official release from Audi say, “the findings from the R8 e-tron [will] help in creating a vehicle with a [saloon] character.”
Audi along with other manufacturers are starting to go totally electric with their vehicles for the questionnaires are these just an intermediate technology until we can have an SUV or any other type of vehicle that can be as conveniently refuelled as gas is now.
